This experience is designed to be peaceful, stress-free, and enjoyable, leaving a lasting positive impact even after the class ends. The session includes stretching and strengthening the muscles that need extra care. Classic poses, such as upward-facing dog and cobra, help open up the shoulders and chest, which are essential for activities like rocking, feeding, holding, and cradling your baby.
